Edward Bace, CFA,

Biography
Edward Bace joins CFA Institute from BPP Business School where he was a Professor of Finance. He brings with him over 20 years experience in international finance, including roles with the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development, Lehman Brothers, and Standard & Poor’s. He holds the CFA designation, as well an MBA in Finance and International Business from New York University. He is a member of the CFA Society of the UK.
Commenting on this appointment, Edward Bace, CFA, head of Education (EMEA), said, “The industry is complex and fast changing. It is therefore vital that individuals and firms continue to invest in learning and education if they are to serve their clients’ interests. Kyle Ringrose,

Biography
Kyle has over 40 years experience in the financial services industry in the UK, Asia, Australia and New Zealand.
He is currently responsible for Investment Operations tfor the $32 billion dollars of assets managed by QSuper. This role includes performance analytics, unit pricing and investment risk and compliance.
Kyle has previously held roles with, and provided consulting services to major software vendors, fund managers custodians and stock brokers.
Kyle is a Fellow of the Chartered Association of Certified Accountants, UK and is a member of industry advisory committees in Australia.
He has authored numerous articles in industry publications and presents frequently on a range of topics at conferences both in Australia and overseas.

Biography
Since 2005 work in ING Investment Management Poland, where I am responsible for Risk Management and Performance Measurement team. Prior to that I worked six years at Bank BPH, where I held several functions. I have Master’s degree in Mathematics from Warsaw University and a PhD in Mathematics from the Polish Academy of Sciences.
