Q:What are the benefits of a roundtable discussion?

Osney Media’s Unique Roundtable Format
Opportunities to network and benchmark are often the key reasons behind delegates attending conferences and we at OsneyMedia don’t underestimate their importance. That’s why we use our unique roundtable format, a seating arrangement that allows open communication between you and the seven other delegates at your table. So you can have the networking time, both in and outside of the conference room, we have structured discussion time, offering you and your fellow delegates the chance to digest, dissect and discuss the formal presentations.

Structured discussion time offers delegates the opportunity to exchange reactions, experiences and opinions with the common theme promoting energetic interaction. Both networking and benchmarking are easier and ultimately more successful in this setting. The small group allows discussion of issues relating to personal work practice in a far more productive way than is possible on the floor and many individuals are more forthcoming in a smaller group. Overall, a broader perspective is gained and better contacts are made.

Q:What happens when I get to the conference?

When you arrive at the conference please go to the registration desk and collect your badge. Your badge must be worn at all times.

Refreshments: Morning coffee is available before the conference, a lunch is served around midday and there will be a mid-morning and mid-afternoon coffee break.

Documentation: A Document Pack is distributed to all attendees at registration. PDF presentations will also be available on a secure website within two weeks after the conference. Once the presentations are loaded the website address and login will be emailed to all delegates.
Dress Code: Business attire is required throughout the conference.
